Being indecisive and sometimes vague can drive my husband a little crazy at times (one of my goals to improve this year). So, when I wanted a logo designed for my small business, I was a bit apprehensive in approaching anyone for fear of not really knowing exactly what I was after.

However, when Chris’ services came highly recommended to me by a friend who had their website recently developed by Dax Design, I thought I would take the plunge.

Putting my vagueness skills to good use, I contacted Chris in December with a brief (‘brief’ being the key word here) of the concept I was looking for in my logo and brand design.

With the impending Christmas period, Chris was very clear in stating that he would be taking some well deserved respite but would try and work on my design during his break. I really appreciated the clear communication which demonstrated to me that Chris cared about his work and his customer’s needs. True to his word, he contacted me in early January with the first draft of my logo.

I don’t really know what I was expecting but when I received the draft, it totally exceeded all of my expectations. Through his interpretation, Chris had creatively taken my ideas to another level which I could not have imagined. I absolutely love the design!
